The Frank Broyles era as Coach and Athletic Director at the University of Arkansas is rapidly coming to a close at year end. It appears that Jeff Long will be the new man and comes with good credentials. No one can replace Frank Broyles but will have to do their own thing as Athletic Director. Frank has done more for athletics at the University than all the other 5 or 6 former Directors have done combined. Personally, I hate to see him go but age has a way of changing things. We knew this was coming so we have accepted the fact that this was Frank's last year. This means that Wally will have to get a new whipping boy to spew his rhetoric on in his daily column. However, he still has Houston to beat up on. Here is to Jeff Long to do a good job and continue to move the Hogs in the right direction.
