I had intended to mention in my previous blog about another place that has had a lasting impression on my life. In 1971 George and Julia took me to the American National Veterans Cemetery in Luxemburg. Standing beside General Patton's grave and viewing the graves of so many americans is an experience that i will never forget. I suppose that is why my eyes tear up when our National Anthem is sung. Freedom does not come without a price, it comes with lives dedicated in maintaining that Freedom. Never forget that.
